By using MailsGuard ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
MailsGuard provides email address verification via a web dashboard and REST API. You purchase credits to verify email addresses. Credits never expire.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service to verify email addresses you have a legitimate reason to contact. You may not use the Service to build email lists for unsolicited bulk email, to harvest email addresses, or for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Credits and payments
Credits are purchased in advance. Credits never expire. All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds on credits once purchased. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days.
API usage
API keys are personal and must not be shared publicly. You are responsible for all usage under your API keys. Rate limits apply as documented. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits to maintain service quality.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or verification errors.
Data
You retain ownership of the email addresses you submit. We process them solely to return verification results. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
